Token Gold is a one woman show.  All pieces are hand crafted with love and therefore may vary slightly.

Items that are in stock will ship within 5 business days. If items are needing to be made-to-order in your size, please allow approximately 2 weeks to size your token.

Custom orders, however, will require a 2-6 week production time with exceptions for custom bridal design, and reworking of pieces. Once you have decided on a design all custom orders are final sale. You can email Custom Inquiries to Chantal@tokengold.com. 

All parcels will be sent with Canada Post and we will provide you with a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.

For all international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all related duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Fees are determined by the recipient's destination country and based on the retail value on your invoice; these fees are out of our control. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

Token Gold is not responsible for any of these additional fees that may occur.
